This is a three-part event. In the first part of the session, we will learn a little from the past about Henry Morris and his vision for Village Colleges, and then watch a short film about the history of the Colleges.

In the second part of the session, Dr Ruchit Purohit, researcher, architect, urban designer, and development practitioner in the Department of Architecture at Cambridge University, will tell us about present work on the Cambridge Urban Room project.

In the third part, we will consider the future of community schools & review the brief for a new school at Darwin Green in preparation for our design charette.
